Returning of products for repair:
In order to effectively repair broken or mal-functioning products please fill in the service form with:

Customer number, address, phone number and contact person
Product type, serial number if possible
Precise description of mal-function
Accessories included in the package

Retur number:
Always use a return number when sending back goods to Triax. Please contact our sales department to get a return number for the products you are about to return.
Please mark your shipment with the return number.

Returning of products for crediting:
Returning of products for crediting can only take place according to agreement with our sales department. The sales department informs about return number, that must be used when returning products.

ATTENTION! It is necessary to use return numbers when returning products for repair.
